Option 1No setup beyond access

Connect a repository

Argus tests your latest commit right away. You do not need to push anything.

  2. 2Argus deploys nothing. It scans the code at the latest commit on the default branch and shows results in minutes.
  3. 3Add a live URL later from the application’s settings, once you want deployed hosts tested too.
Option 2Domain verification required

Test a live URL

Argus attacks a deployed site from the outside. It only does this on domains you have proven you own.

Verify once for your organization. Subdomains of a verified domain are covered, so acme.dev also allows staging.acme.dev.
  1. 1Enter the URL. Argus finds its registered domain.
  2. 2Add one DNS TXT record on that domain, then check again. Skipped if it is already verified.
  3. 3Argus starts the test as soon as the record is found.
